Blondies Coffee was a Portland area startup seeking to lay the foundation for its marketing identity. From the get go, the owner knew he wanted and iconic and nostalgic graphic that would be used for signage and all sorts of marketing mediums. It was therefore, critical to develop art that would look great on a billboard, storefront sign, or even a business card.

So Chris Parrish Design created resolution independent vector art designed to look like an airbrush painting from the 50’s. The method, known as gradient mesh technique can be very time consuming, but nothing beats vector art for looking great no matter how large the print.
